Our Merchant Support Membership lets Shopify merchants request unlimited tasks for their store on a monthly basis for a flat fee. No hourly billing, no project-by-project quoting, no scope sprawl.

What counts as a "request"?

Think of a request as your personal to-do item, but for us to tackle. You tell us what you need fixed, optimized, or built on your store, and we get it done — quickly and efficiently.

Why wouldn't I just hire a freelancer?

A membership gives you predictable costs, unlimited requests, consistent quality from one team that knows your store, quick turnaround, simple communication, and expertise on demand. No re-onboarding, no surprises, no orphaned projects.

How quickly will my requests be completed?

It depends on complexity, but most tasks are completed within 2–3 days. Larger items follow the turnaround target of your tier.

What types of requests are included?

Theme customizations, app integrations, performance optimizations, admin work, Klaviyo / email automation, custom Liquid/CSS/JS, and more. Your tier determines which categories are included — see the comparison above.

Are there requests that aren't included?

Building entirely new stores or doing extensive migrations are usually considered projects rather than ongoing tasks. The Growth and Partner tiers include new site builds; smaller plans can scope projects separately.

What if I have an urgent request?

Tell us. Every plan includes emergency support. Higher tiers include priority handling and faster turnaround.

Can you white-label this service?

Yes — agencies can use the Partner plan to embed Three Acres into their own client work, billed under their brand.
